Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pelatihan Karyawan Operator Produksi Bagian Spinning PT Apac Inti Corpora semarang
Training employees is necessity for companies and institutions. With the training it is expected to acquire a quality workforce to achieve company goals. To know the effectiveness of the training implementation we need to hold evaluation on the training activities.The Purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the training for the operators at Spinning Production Division at PT Apac Inti Corpora. PT Apac Inti Corpora is a private company which manufactures gray and Denim.
The analysis method was used in writing this report. Data were collected by doing interviews, literature studies and distributing questioners. The samples in this study were 40 people applying a purposive sampling method. They were analyzed by percentage and mean.
The results of the evaluation of the implementation of training for Operators at Spinning Production Division at PT Apac Inti Corpora showed total value of 3.91. It is the mean of the values of program content (3,59), Feasibility of Facilities (3,99), Coach ability (4,01) and Learning Principles (4,06). The total value indicated that the training activities are effective (E). So, the company is suggested to improve its program content to make the training more effective, to improve the working achievement.
