Pelaksanaan pelatihan calon tenaga kerja wanita (TKW) pada BLKLN (Balai Latihan Kerja Luar Negeri) Provinsi Jawa Tengah
The purpose of this final project is to know the process of training for the candidate of Indonesian work force, to find out training methods performed by the BLKLN Central Java Province and to find out the obstacles faced in providing training for the candidate of Indonesian work force.
In the preparation of this Final Project, data collection method used were observation, interviews and documentary studies methods. In writing the final project, writer use descriptive methods. This methods was used to describe the implementation of training prospective workers in the BLKLN Central Java Province.
Balai Latihan Kerja Luar Negeri (BLKLN) is the solution for Indonesian Work Force who will work force who will work overseas this institution tries to strengthen communication skills in foreign languages according to the country of destination and skills art work, in order to meet user’s needs overseas. Training procedures include the recruitment of trainees. Department of Marketing find the candidate of Indonesian Work force , and Department of Training select the candidate who have requirement. Training for a month, they get three material, common, core and support material. The last is evaluation, there are competence and incompetence result.
