Proses produksi furniture sun longer pada PT Kudus Karyaprima
PT KUDUS KARYAPRIMA is one of the export companies which continuously create high quality products in the field of furniture. The Products produced by PT. KUDUS KARYAPRIMA, among other, are Sun Longer, Bench Chair, Chair Steaking, etc. Sun Longer is the wooden seats which are common on the coast and is one of the products whose sales does not decline significantly since the company was founded up to now. In addition, its market share has now reached Europe and America. In Europe itself, teak wood is a luxury item for the customers. For the selection of the wood, PT KUDUS KARYAPRIMA chooses teak whose age is at least 15 years old and has the Grade A criteria to be exported.
The purposes of this final project are to investigate the furniture production of Sun Longer having export quality at PT KUDUS KARYAPRIMA, to find out documents that are used in the production process of Sun Longer, and knowing the parties involved in the production process of Sun Longer. Collecting data was done through interviews, observation, and reading Literature. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The production processes of Sun Longer consist the steps of checking and selecting the raw material, raw materials warehousing, oven, roughmil, production, warehouse materials (assembling), finishing, andpacking. Documents used in the production process Sun Longer are the index of materials and material evidence Expenditures. The Parties involved in the production process Sun Longer are the buyer and all the employees of PT KUDUS KARYAPRIMA.
