The purpose of this final project is, first, to determine the implementation of the agreement by CV electrical installations. NEW HADI WIJAYA with prospective customers in the region Purwodadi the second, to determine the constraints in the implementation of network expansion and installation of a third power to determine how the settlement of disputes between contractors and prospective customers.
The research method used in this thesis is a descriptive method, which writes an object that describes the problem, in this case is a matter of execution of electrical installation agreement. The data used are the primary data and secondary data. Primary data included direct interviews with relevant parties, the Director of the CV. NEW HADI WIJAYA. Secondary data obtained from the books, rules, and from information provided to the author CV. NEW HADI WIJAYA.
The result can be concluded that the implementation of agreements electrical installation is a lot of obstacles, such as wanpres, disputes. caused by a lack of human resources in rural communities and small farmers income. Then the CV. NEW HADI WIJAYA deliberative system to resolve the dispute.
The first suggestion that the contractor does not just focus on customer obligations, however, must also contain the obligation of contractors and the public should be more critical in every agreement. The second prospect to be able to implement the obligation to pay services of electrical installation and the prospect does not affect the electrical installation work.
