Mekanisme ekspor ikan segar melalui jalur udara pada PT Delta Aerosupport Semarang
Export is one of International Trade activities. Indonesia has a lot of natural resources, especially fresh fish. The most exporting goods from our country is fresh fish. PT DELTA AEROSUPPORT Semarang it is a company which is active in distribution of commodities to be exported by air.
The purposes of this study are to know the mechanism of issuing the certificate of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), to know the kind of packaging fresh fish by air, The parties involved in the fish export transactions are exporter, importer, quarantine centers, airlines and bea cukai..
The data were collected by interview, observation, literature of review, documentation of studies.
The result of this study was to package the fresh fish as wet cargo needs follow the requirements set up by the airlines. Such as going through random checking marking and labeling, not overload, polyethylene packaging materials in use bag has requirement at least 6 mm thickness and it must use Styrofoam with 3 cm. the mechanism export of fresh fish was exporter must take license of costums to get NPE and PEB, after that exporter must go to trade department, quarantine, and at the cargo was published invoice, packing list and airway bill.
The conclusion of this study was to package the fresh fish as wet cargo needs follow the requirements set up by the airlines.
