The aim of this Final Project is to find out firstly production mechanism of exported garden furniture, secondly parties related to production process done by PT Barlow Tyrie Indonesia Semarang, thirdly basic determination of production of exported goods, fourthly handle all product garden furniture, fiftly communication that is used between production divison, sixly mechanism exported, and finally handling finished goods.
Data were collected by observation, interview, and literature review. The Final Project is written descriptively.
The result of this Final Project are production mechanism of exported using millshet to clue production, the parties related in the production are buyer, Barlow Tyrie Limited, and all employees, the basis for determining the production of the production process is the sales in a year or two earlier, and the export of PT Barlow Tyrie Indonesia using export process in accordance with the custom and excise.
It is concluded that PT Barlow Tyrie Indonesia Semarang is a branchofBarlow Tyrie Limited in United Kingdom, while PT Barlow Tyrie Indonesia specially production and Barlow Tyrie Limited handles all marketing. Mechanism in production startsby making components and then to combine them with other components. The communication between PT Barlow Tyrie Indonesia and Barlow Tyrie Limited does not face annoyance.The export mechanism in PT Barlow Tyrie Indonesia starts from order form buyer, production process, preparing the documents, stuffing and sending goods, and the documents to Barlow Tyrie Limited in United Kingdom.
