This research explores the implementation of Green Office practices at PT PGN Tbk Semarang Area, focusing on the roles of work culture and employee education in promoting environmentally sustainable behavior. The study aims to assess how internal cultural values and training efforts shape green initiatives within the company. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method supported by interviews, observations, document analysis, and a structured questionnaire involving 12 employees. The questionnaire results revealed that 83% of employees regularly practice environmentally responsible behaviors, and 91% acknowledge that environmental training has increased their awareness of sustainable practices. Additionally, 92% agree that their office promotes a culture aligned with environmental responsibility, and leadership was also rated highly in modeling green behavior. However, some limitations remain in paper usage and indoor greening efforts, which scored slightly lower agreement. Nonetheless, the overall findings indicate that PT PGN Tbk Semarang Area has made substantial progress in integrating Green Office principles. The research contributes to understanding how work culture and continuous employee education can facilitate effective environmental management in corporate settings. Overall, the findings emphasize the importance of integrating sustainability into organizational practices to achieve long-term environmental goals and align with ISO 14001 standards.
