Pengaruh Role Clarity, Compensation, dan Self-Efficacy terhadap Work Motivation Karyawan Staf di PT Sunmotor Indosentra Trada Cabang Pemuda, Semarang = The Influence of Role Clarity, Compensation, and Self-Efficacy on Work Motivation at PT Sunmotor Indosentra Trada, Pemuda Branch, Semarang
Human resources are valuable assets within an organizational structure and play a central role in driving the optimal performance of various company resources. The object of this research is PT Sunmotor Indosentra Trada, Pemuda Branch, Semarang, a company engaged in the automotive sector. This study aims to determine the influence of Role Clarity, Compensation, and Self-Efficacy on Work Motivation at PT Sunmotor Indosentra Trada.
Data are collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents, which were tested for validity and reliability. The population in this study consists of 45 staff employees at PT Sunmotor Indosentra Trada, and the sampling technique used is the saturated sampling method. The data processing tool used in this research is IBM SPSS 25. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression, resulting in the equation: Y = 0,839 + 0,330X1 – 0,034X2 + 0,391X3 + e. The results indicate that Role Clarity and Self-Efficacy have a significant impact on Work Motivation, whereas Compensation does not have a considerable effect. Role Clarity, Compensation, and Self-Efficacy simultaneously influence Work Motivation. The coefficient of determination value of 72.7% shows that Work Motivation (Y) is influenced by variations in the variables Role Clarity (X1), Compensation (X4), and Self-Efficacy (X3). The remaining 27.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
