This study investigates the influence of Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation (IEO) and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (ESE) on Entrepreneurial Action (EA) among members of the Indonesia Exporters Association (IEA) in Central Java. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 115 business actors. The results indicate a significant positive relationship between IEO and EA, suggesting that higher levels of innovativeness, risk taking, and proactiveness enhance entrepreneurial actions. Additionally, ESE was found to positively influence EA, indicating that self-belief in entrepreneurial capabilities is crucial for engaging in entrepreneurial activities. The findings contribute to the existing literature by reinforcing the importance of individual-level factors in entrepreneurship, particularly through the lens of the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Resource-Based View. Managerial implications emphasize the need for entrepreneurs to strengthen their capabilities and confidence in running business, which supports long-term sustainability and adaptability in changing export market conditions. Keywords: Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation, Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy, Entrepreneurial Action, Indonesia Exporters Association.
