This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and work environment on employee satisfaction at PT Hartono Istana Teknologi. As human resources are a vital component in achieving organizational success, it is crucial to understand the factors that contribute to employee satisfaction. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected from 78 employees in the Raw Material Division. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that organizational culture and leadership style have a significant and positive effect on employee satisfaction, while the work environment does not show a significant effect. However, when tested simultaneously, all three variables organizational culture, leadership style, and work environment have a significant impact on employee satisfaction. These findings suggest that companies should prioritize strengthening organizational culture and leadership practices to enhance overall employee satisfaction. The study contributes both theoretically and practically to the field of human resource management by providing insights for academic development and practical recommendations for manufacturing companies.
