Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Motivasi Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi di PT Mitra Armada Kirana = The Influence of Workload and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as a Mediating Variable at PT Mitra Armada Kirana
              Problems related to excessive workload, an unsupportive work environment, and 
inconsistent work motivation represent major challenges in human resource 
management within the maritime logistics sector. These conditions have the 
potential to decrease employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect 
of workload and work environment on employee performance, with work 
motivation as a mediating variable. The research uses a quantitative method 
approach through a survey of 64 employees. Data analysis classical assumption 
testing, path analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that workload and 
work environment significantly affect work motivation. The work environment 
directly influences employee performance, while workload shows no direct effect. 
However, work motivation successfully mediates the relationship between both 
workload and work environment on performance. These findings highlight the 
importance of fostering a supportive work environment and managing workload 
effectively to enhance employee motivation and performance. This study provides 
practical implications for human resource management strategies aimed at 
improving operational productivity.
