Employee satisfaction is crucial for improving organizational performance, especially in today’s competitive industrial landscape. This study aims to analyze the influence of Knowledge Sharing and Job Promotion on Employee Satisfaction at PT Pan Brothers Boyolali, with the objective of understanding how these organizational practices enhance employee motivation. Based on Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, the research emphasizes intrinsic motivators. Using a quantitative approach, data from General Office employees of PT Pan Brothers Boyolali were analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings indicate Knowledge Sharing and Job Promotion both contribute positively and significantly to Employee Satisfaction, with Knowledge Sharing exerting a marginally stronger influence. Collectively, these two factors account for 50.6% of the variance in satisfaction levels. This highlights the importance of fostering a knowledge sharing culture and ensuring fair promotion practices within organizations. Future research should consider other variables such as compensation, leadership style, or work-life balance across different organizational contexts.
