This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Financial Literacy, Financial Technology, and Financial Inclusion on the Performance of MSMEs in Semarang City. The research design employed is causal quantitative research. The population in this study consists of all MSME actors who own businesses in Semarang City. The data used in this research are both primary and secondary. The research sample consisted of 102 respondents collected through questionnaires using purposive sampling technique. The data analys method applied the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, along with the F-test, the Coefficient of Determination Test (Adjusted R Square), and the t-test. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables of Financial Literacy, Financial Technology, and Financial Inclusion simultaneously have a significant effect on the Performance of MSMEs in Semarang City. Partially, Financial Literacy, Financial Technology, and Financial Inclusion each have a significant effect on the Performance of MSMEs in Semarang City.
