This study analyzes the effect of Underwriter Reputation, Firm Size, Leverage, and Initial Public Offering on Stock Underpricing in Companies IPOing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023 partially. The study population includes all companies IPOing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023, with a sample in the form of the total population selected using a purposive sampling technique. The method used is multiple linear regression with analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous statistical significance test (F), and partial statistical significance test (t) using the IBM SPSS 23 program. The results of the study show that Underwriter Reputation, Firm Size, Leverage, and Initial Public Offering have a significant effect on Stock Underpricing of companies IPOing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023
