The Effect of Perceived Security, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness on Consumer Behavioral Intention Through Trust in Wondr by BNI Among Generation Z in Semarang City = The Effect of Perceived Security, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness on Consumer Behavioral Intention Through Trust in Wondr by BNI Among Generation Z in Semarang City
This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Security, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived
Usefulness on Behavioral Intention, mediated by Trust in the use of Wondr by BNI among
Generation Z in Semarang City. Respondents in this study were Wondr by BNI Generation Z users
in Semarang City. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling. The questionnaires
distributed consisted of 31 indicators, using a 1 -5 Likert scale. The distribution of questionnaires
was conducted online via Google Forms, with a sample of 283 respondents. The data analysis
technique employed was the Structural Equation Model (SEM), based on Partial Least Squares,
utilizing SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Security, Perceived
Usefulness, and Trust significantly affect Behavioral Intention. However, Perceived Ease of Use
does not have a direct significant effect on Behavioral Intention; instead, it affects Behavioral
Intention through the mediating variable of Perceived Usefulness. Perceived Ease of Use
significantly affects Perceived Usefulness. Perceived Security and Perceived Usefulness
significantly affect Trust. Percieved usefulness indirectly affects Behavioral Intention through Trust
as a mediating variable. Perceived Security indirectly affects Behavioral Intention through Trust as
a mediating variable.
