This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach aimed at analyzing business development strategies in Snack MSMEs in Home Industry Thematic Village of Pekunden, Central Semarang District, Semarang City. The data collection process was carried out by means of interviews, questionnaires, and observations using the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSPM Matrix data analysis methods. The weighted score on the IFE Matrix is 2.645 and the EFE Matrix is 2.869. The IE Matrix analysis shows the business position in quadrant V, namely “Hold and Maintain”, so that the types of strategies that can be used are product 
development and market penetration strategies. Based on the SWOT Matrix, there are 8 alternative strategies, then the priority alternative strategy according to the QSPM calculation is suitable for Snack MSMEs in Semarang Home Industry Village, namely utilizing the good quality and variety of snacks to collaborate with similar businesses and create joint products so that they can attract a wider market with a TAS of 6.12.
