Analisis efektivitas sistem kearsipan pada PT PLN (PERSERO) Rayon Semarang Tengah
The purpose of this research are to find out the filing system existing and to find out the filing system effectivities at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Semarang Tengah. The method in collecting data was observation, experiment, guide, interview, and literature study.
This researched was conducted in 25 working days at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Semarang Tengah and the data shows that the retrieving archive was only 6 days. The filing system effectivities was measured by accuracy rate and archive usage rate. The accuracy rate shows 0 %, using most frequent number (modus). And the archive usage rate show 0,010 %, using most frequent number (modus).
It can be concluded that the filing system storage at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Semarang Tengah used subject and numeric filing system. Subject filing system used for Administration and Tehnic Section and numeric filing system for AIL (Customer Basic Archive). The principle of storage is used Decentralization Storage Principle. Accuracy rate shows 0 %, that means the accuracy rate is good or effective. Archive usage rate shows 0,010 %, that means the archive usage rate is low. This show that companies need to move the inactive archives to filing warehouse when the archives has no value.
