The Influence Of Reward And Punishment On Employee Performance At PT Satrio Bangkit Sejahtera = The Influence Of Reward And Punishment On Employee Performance At PT Satrio Bangkit Sejahtera
              This study aims to analyze the influence of reward and punishment on employee performance at PT Satrio Bangkit Sejahtera. The method used in this research is quantitative method with survey approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT Satrio Bangkit Sejahtera totaling 40 people, who were taken as samples using the census technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all respondents.
The results of the analysis show that there is a significant positive effect between the provision of rewards on improving employee performance, as well as a significant negative effect of punishment on employee performance. These findings provide important implications for company management in designing effective human resource management strategies. This research is expected to provide insight for companies in creating a fair and effective reward and punishment system to improve employee performance.
