This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of 8 (eight) HR functions at PT Ungaran Printing Apparel. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, through distributing questionnaires using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, questionnaire, documentation study, and observation. Data analysis uses a management audit with four stages, namely preliminary audit, review and testing of management controls, detailed audit, and reporting. The results showed that the company had implemented 8 (eight) existing HR functions. In the implementation of 8 (eight) HR functions, it was found that the functions of recruitment, selection, performance appraisal, and compensation and rewards had been running effectively. The functions of HR planning, employee training and development, occupational safety and health, and termination of employment were quite effective.
