Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Struktur SD Negeri Cengkareng Barat 07 Pagi = Implementation Plan for the Construction of the Structure of Cengkareng Barat 07 Pagi State Elementary School
              The construction of this school building aims to create a safe, comfortable, and conducive learning environment for students and educators. The new school building is expected to provide improved facilities, including spacious and accessible classrooms, laboratories, a library, and an adequate sports area.
The objectives of the Cengkareng Barat 07 Pagi Elementary School Building Structure Development Plan are as follows:
a.Work Implementation Plan (RPP) starting from the substructure (pile foundations, pile caps, and tie beams) and the superstructure (columns,
beams, stairs, ring beam floor slabs, and roof);
b. Implementation Budget Plan (RAP) in the form of a Calculation Sheet, Network
Planning, Time Schedule and S-Curve, Material Barchat, Equipment Barchat, and Labor Barchat;
c. Effective and efficient project management system.
Guidelines for controlling building project costs by effectively planning materials, equipment, and labor;
d. Work implementation schedule to ensure construction is carried out according to the planned timeframe.
The conclusion of this final project report, entitled "THE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDING OF CENGKARENG BARAT 07 PAGI" (WEST CENGKARENG STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 07 PAGI), can be summarized in several points related to the project's implementation.
a. The building area is 78.9 m x 11 m, with a height of 3 stories.
b. The building structure uses reinforced concrete with a grade of fc' 30 MPa, and the roof frame uses a profile steel truss.
c. The substructure of the building uses a pile and pile cap foundation.
d. The column structure measures 45 x 60 cm, the tie beam measures 35 x 50 cm, the main beam measures 40 x 60 cm, the sub-beam measures 35 x 50 cm, and the ring beam measures 40 x 60 cm.
e. The construction period is 132 calendar days.
f.The total cost of the work is Rp. 10,915,631,000
