              This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the seven human resource (HR) functions at PT Melady Garment International Demak. This research employs a qualitative approach by distributing questionnaires to permanent and contract employees of PT Melady Garment International Demak using purposive sampling. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and observations. Data analysis is conducted through management audit procedures, which consist of four stages: preliminary audit, review and testing of management controls, detailed
audit, and reporting. The findings indicate that the company has implemented seven HR functions, namely HR planning, recruitment, selection and placement, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits system, and employment termination. However, five of these functions selection and placement, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits system, and employment termination have not been effectively implemented.
