This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of 9 (nine) HR functions at PT BPR BKK Semarang City (Perseroda). This type of research uses a qualitative approach, through the distribution of questionnaires using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were conducted by interview, questionnaire, documentation study, and observation. Data analysis uses a management audit with four stages, namely preliminary audit, review and testing of management controls, detailed audit, and reporting. The results showed that the company has implemented 9 (nine) existing HR functions. In the implementation of the 9 (nine) HR functions, it was found that the functions of recruitment, selection, orientation and placement, performance appraisal, and compensation and rewards had run effectively. The functions of HR planning, employee training and development, career development, and labor protection are not yet effective.
