Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Studi Kasus pada Sektor Perdagangan, Hotel, dan Restoran di Kabupaten Pati) = The Effect Of Accounting Information Systems And Human Resource Competencies On Financial Performance (Case Study on Trade, Hotel, and Restaurant Sector in Pati Regency)
This study aims to analyze the effect of accounting information systems and human resource
competencies on the financial performance both partially and simultaneously. The sample of this
study amounted to 100 engaged in the trade, hotel, and restaurant sectors with a sampling technique,
namely purposive sampling. The results of multiple linear regression analysis tests show that (1)
accounting information systems have a positive and significant effect on financial performance, (2)
human resource competencies have a positive and significant effect on financial performance, and (3)
simultaneously accounting information systems and human resource competencies have a positive and
significant effect on financial performance.
