Modul Praktikum Kendali Proportional Integral Derivative Pada Pemanas Udara Berbasis Internet Of Things = Practical Module of Proportional-Integral-Derivative Control on Air Heater Based on Internet of Things
This final project presents the design and development of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based learning module for controlling the temperature of an air heater using the Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) equation. This module aims to improve students' practical understanding of PID control systems through remote and interactive learning. The system integrates two microcontrollers (ESP32 S3 and ESP32), the MQTT protocol for communication, and a web-based interface for real-time monitoring and parameter adjustment. Testing results indicate that the PID control module provides effective temperature control in terms of overshoot, rise time, settling time, and steady-state error. This innovation is highly beneficial for students with limited time or mobility, as it supports flexible distance learning access. With the implementation of IoT technology, the system can connect devices online via a website with an internet connection, enabling efficient, accurate monitoring and control processes without location constraints.
