Penataan tata ruang kantor bagian admin perwakilan pada PT Indonusa Telemedia Semarang
The purposes of the final project were to find out the office-layout, the physical environment, and the advantages and disadvantages of the office-layout at admininistrative representative of Indonusa Telemedia Semarang.
The collecting data methods were observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. This report described the office layout at admininistrative representative of Indonusa Telemedia Semarang Branch.
The office- layout of administrative representative was Open Places Offices with furniture and office machines sufficient for employees. The office physical environment had suitable office space and the number of the employees there are 3 admin representatives. The office had good decorations (Television and Backdrop) as a means of promotion and entertainment, it had simple and modern furniture. The disadvantages at administrative representative of office-layout were some documents would not be archived, the employees properties were not put in good places and right such as, the dispenser was not placed strategically. Howeve, in average the conditions of office- layout at administrative representative were good enough for their employees.
