Peran sekretaris dalam membantu tugas pimpinan pada PT Kubota Indonesia
The aims of this project report were knowing the role and activity of a secretary in helping manager to carry out the task at PT Kubota Indonesia, and also having the knowledge about the etiquette of secretary. This research was written with descriptive method by using primary and secondary data obtained by interviews, observation, and literature review. The result of the research were : The role of Secretary in Assisting Manager at PT Kubota Indonesia which included the management of the activity programs, telephone calls, reception of guests and the visit represents leadership, the preparation of the meetings, setting of the leader of the trip for the Japanese translator and a summary of the financial statements of the inflation in Indonesia service. With attention to the label in the work, the person sitting in the position has to be educated, polite, friendly, intelligent and have good communication with internal and external stakeholders as well as the complete and honest leadership in the compilation of all activities. All this is done in order to build a positive image of the company.
