This research was carried out with the aim of finding out the effect of implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance, employee training and job promotions on the performance of Central Java Province Financial Services Authority employees. This research uses an associative quantitative method using primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Financial Services Authority of Central Java Province as the research population. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this research show that the principles of Transparency, Responsibility, Fairness, Employee Training and Job Promotion partially do not have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, Accountability and Independency partially influence employee performance. Based on a simultaneous test, the five principles of Good Corporate Governance influence employee performance. The same thing also happened with the results of the simultaneous test that the five principles of Good Corporate Governance, Employee Training and Position Promotion had an effect on employee performance.
