The Effect of Effectiveness, Efficiency, Ease of Use, and Security of Using Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) on Satisfaction in Digital Payments at Semarang State Polytechnic = The Effect of Effectiveness, Efficiency, Ease of Use, and Security of Using Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) on Satisfaction in Digital Payments at Semarang State Polytechnic
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the effectiveness, efficiency, ease
of use, and security of the use of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) on satisfaction in digital payments at Semarang State Polytechnic students.
The target of this research is students who are conducting a study at the Semarang State Polytechnic with a research sample of 252 respondents. The research methods used in this study are validity test, reality test, normality test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on the results of the F test and the t test, it was concluded that effectiveness, efficiency, ease of use, and security simultaneously had a significant effect on the satisfaction of using QRIS. Meanwhile, partially the variables of efficiency, ease of use,
and security have a significant effect on satisfaction with the use of QRIS, but the effectiveness variable partially does not have a significant effect on satisfaction with the
use of QRIS.
