Pengendalian kualitas produk ekspor pestisida pada PR. Bina Guna Kimia Ungaran
The purpose of this final project report is to find out how to control the quality of exported product (pesticides) at PT Bina Guna Kimia Ungaran. And to find out the analytical quality control of exported products (pesticides) at PT Bina Guna Kimia Ungaran during 2010.
Methods of collecting the data used in this research are interview, observation, and literature study. Sources of data obtained from primary and secondary data. Types of data used in this research is qualitative data and quantitative data. Meanwhile analytical methods to calculate the quality control of exported product (pesticides).
The Results of this research is the standardization of the quality product and accordance with SAP and appropriate with the buyer’s is the quality of raw materials and the packaging. Implementation of quality control of exported products (pesticides) at PT Bina Guna Kimia Ungaran is in the control of raw materials, control of production process, and final product control. Based on the analysis result and quality control charts in the product liquid and granule, defective products in 2010 is still within control limits even though there are several months still need some improvement on production process. The factors that cause product defects in the PT Bina Guna Kimia Ungaran are human resources and machinery and equipment.
It was recommended that should prevent the occurrence of defective products is Evaluating sustainable of all the factors of production, especially labor and equipment, the company should perform machinery and equipment maintenance periodically and the company should set a maximum standard for defective products to minimize customer complaints.
