The purpose of this research are: to know the management of archives,to know the archival storage system, to know the equipment or means of archival storage used at PLN APJ Kudus, to Know archive procedure and organization, to know the factors that become obstacle in archive storage system at PT PLN APJ Kudus.
The data were collected by doing observation at PT PLN (Persero) APJ Kudus, interviews with the sekretary division of the company, and searching the internet. This final project report is written descriptive
Archive organization PT PLN (Persero) APJ Kudus is combination between centralization and decentralization. Records management conducted from the making of a letter and acceptance letter, then stored on the subject based on TLSK using existing equipment and supplies such as folders, moving shelves, label, guide. Factors that become obstacles in the process of archival storage is in the handling of the archive is performed by all employees, resulting in the a finding takes a long time.
