Company performance can be seen from how its financial performance. This study aims to determine the financial performance of textile subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018-2022. This research is a type of applied quantitative research that is descriptive in nature with sampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques. The samples in this study were 4 textile subsector companies, namely PT Argo Pantes Tbk (ARGO), PT Ever Shine Tex Tbk (ESTI), PT Panasia Indo Resources Tbk (HDTX) and PT Sunson Textile Manufacturer Tbk (SSTM). The method used is the Financial Value-Added approach. The results of this study indicate that ESTI and SSTM produces a positive FVA value in 2018-2022. HDTX produces a positive value FVA value in 2018 and the other years in the study periode generate negative FVA value. ARGO generated a positive FVA value in 2021 and the other years in the study period generated negative FVA values. Based on the average FVA during 2018-2022, ESTI, SSTM and HDTX have good performance because they have positive added value while ARGO have poor performance because they have negative added value.
