Pelaksanaan teknis pengeluaran barang impor dari kawasan Pabean untuk diangkut lanjut pada KPPBC Madya Tanjung Emas Semarang
Imported goods needs institution of customs and excise in order to make imported goods legal. There are many kinds regulation of taking out the imported good, one of them is taking out the imported goods for further transportation.
The data are collected by observation at KPPBC of Madya Type at Tanjung Emas Semarang, interviews, literature review, and from browsing the internet. The final project was written descriptively.
The purposes of this study are to find out the documents needed to import goods, the procedure of taking out the imported goods from customs area for further transportation at KPPBC of Madya Type at Tanjung Emas Semarang, and to know the parties involved in this procedure.
The result of this study shows that taking out of imported goods from customs area for further transportation has three kinds of procedures, they are taking out goods for further carriage into the customs area, taking out of imported goods from customs as a loading port which is also as the last port and the loading port which is not the last port. The parties involved in the taking out goods for further transportation are carrier, customs and excise officer of stuffing goods, and customs and excise officer of destination.
