Mekanisme pelaksanaan ekspor flooring pada CV alam Makmur Semarang
The purposes of writing the final project entitled “ The Shipping Mechanism of
Hardwood Flooring Export at CV Alam Makmur Semarang” were to find out the procedures of shipping Hardwood flooring export at CV Alam Makmur, to identify the process of transaction export until the sales contract is made and then to know the parties involved in export shipment of hardwood flooring in CV Alam Makmur Semarang, and to know the mechanism of stuffing in factory CV Alam Makmur in Juana.
The final assignment was written descriptively. The data consisted secondary data. The data were obtained through interviews, observation, internet browsing, and literature studies.
It was found that, CV Alam Makmur was performing export shipping of hardwood flooring using the required delivery of goods FOB (Free On Board), and used Telegraphic Transfer (TT) as the method of payment. The parties involved in the implementation of the export at CV Alam Makmur, among others were exporters, importers, Bank of Exporters, Bank of importers, Shipping Company, Forwarding, EMKL, Customs and Excise. The Importer of CV Alam Makmur was from the USA. The Mechanism of Export shipments of hardwood Flooring in CV Alam Makmur started from the agreement between the exporter and importer in the purchasing orders/sales contract. After that CV Alam Makmur prepares the good orders and contacted EMKL and Forwarding to arrange the documents. The next process was stuffing in the factory of CV Alam Makmur until payment using Telegraphic Transfer (TT) was done by the exporters.
