Penerapan TLSK (tatalaksana surat kearsipan) pada PT PLN (PERSERO) APJ Yogyakarta
Letters and archival management is very important to corporate performance. Letter is a mean of communication that contains information as that influence of corporate performance, and archive is an authentic evidence in decision-making and historical evidence. This research was conducted at PT PLN (Persero) APJ Yogyakarta and PT PLN (Persero) APJ Yogyakarta use the TLSK application system to handle the letter.
The objectives of this research are to know the details about TLSK (Letter and Archival Management), to know the TLSK application in handling the incoming and outgoing mail, and to know the implementation of TLSK application in handling the archives at PT PLN (Persero) APJ Yogyakarta.
This research was written in descriptive method. The data was obtained through literature study and interviews.
The results of this research are TLSK is letter and archival system which handle the processing of letter and records, TLSK has been used for handling the letters. TLSK application system is for handling the incoming mail, but the distribution of incoming mail and the handling of outgoing mail are still done manually. TLSK has not been used for handling the archives such as file encoding, storage, maintenance, and retention. The archives storage system is using the alphabetical filing system, and subject filing code system. Since there is no archivist, all employees in each department handle the records.
