Sistem Manajemen Perusahaan Berbasis Aplikasi Web: Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan CV Nore Inovasi
Company management system is the coordinated application of knowledge, skills and expertise with predetermined limited resources. The main objective of the company management system is to meet or exceed the targets and expectations desired by the various parties with an interest in the project. With a good company management system, the desired results from the project can be achieved optimally in terms of time, quality and cost. CV Nore Inovasi is engaged in the development of information technology. CV Nore Inovasi uses microsoft excel application to input data for all departments. The inputted data will be processed with calculation formulas to produce project performance reports needed for all departments. Because the processing of data inputted from various departments is interrelated, company reports can only be viewed at the end of each month, making it difficult to get real-time reports. By getting real-time data, analysis of the progress of a project will be more accurate. The methodology that the author uses in making this application is to use the waterfall method, which has five stages, namely requirements analysis, system and software design, development/coding, testing, and operation and maintenance. The author uses the Java programming language, Laravel and Bootstrap Framework, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript markup language and styling, and MySQL database in making this application. With this application, it is intended to present the results of the design and implementation of a company management system application in a company and to support CV Nore Inovasi in carrying out data processing processes with the implementation of a web-based company management system application. The company management system application has been tested on three different browsers with the results that all functions can run well and obtained a percentage result of 89.7%, which means that users are very satisfied with this system.
