Persepsi Karyawan Terhadap Program Pelatiahan Operator Produksi Bagian Spinning pada pada PT. Apac Inti Corpora Kecamatan Bawen Semarang Periode 2010-2011
The purpose of this final report is to describe the perceptions of employees of the operator training program in the spinning department of the production of PT. Apac Inti Corpora Bawen Semarang District. So to answer the above problems, researchers analyzed and described the problems of research in accordance with the indicators that have been established include: aspects of training materials, facilities, methods, coaches, the execution time and the trainee.
The population were all employees of PT. Apac Inti Corpora Bawen District Semarang particularly operational employees. The sample tehnic in the final report was purposive sampling with 50 respondents. The data collection methods were observation, interview, literature study and the questionaers. Were distributed to the employees of spinning department.
The results showed that employees agreed with aspects of training programs such as the topic, instructors, training methods, traineer, and facilities, but employees did not agree with the training schedule, since they thought if the implementation of training was conducted beyond the working hours, it would be more effective. PT. Apac Inti Corpora Bawen Semarang District used two method training they are on the job and of the job training.
It is recommended that the implementation of training programs will be conducted outside of working hours, because it allows employees to focus on the training program and the program will be more effective.
